Fix Unforgettable Car uploads, generation and downloads
Troubleshoot rejected photos, waiting tasks, visual errors, missing credits and download links.
The photo will not load or HEIC conversion fails
Check the file type and 25 MB limit, and make sure the original has finished downloading from cloud storage. Export it as JPEG from your photo app and select it again. Renaming a file extension does not convert the image. If the preview is still missing, try a current browser with enough free device memory.
The safety review rejects a photo
- Person photo: choose another clear photo of one adult, with their permission.
- Car photo: choose another permitted photo showing the entire vehicle, or use a preset car.
Rejected photos do not consume generation credits. If the site says review is temporarily unavailable, try again later.
The task is queued, saving or awaiting confirmation
Sign in to the same account and open My videos to check the original task. If it is queued, saving or awaiting confirmation, wait rather than starting another paid video. Refresh after reconnecting. If the status stays unchanged, contact support with the task ID.
The face, hands or car do not look right
A completed task can still have visual errors. Use a sharper, evenly lit person photo and a less obstructed car image for a new attempt. Compare the inputs with the result before changing both at once. Higher resolution does not fix every identity or motion problem, and a different attempt is not guaranteed to remove all artifacts.
Payment completed but credits are missing
Return to the account used for the purchase and refresh your balance after payment processing finishes. Do not buy the same package again just to make the balance update. If the purchase is still missing, contact support with the purchase reference and account details; never send a full card number or password.
Download, save to your phone and share
Sign in to the account that created the video. In My videos, click 16:9 for the original or 9:16 for the portrait version. On a computer, check your browser’s download folder. On a phone, open the file in Files or Downloads and use the share or save-video option to add it to your photo library. Play the full clip before posting. If a link has expired, return to the video and click the same format button again.
