For a 1:1 square version, use a video editor. Keep the person and car in view, and do not stretch the picture to fill the square.
TikTok: music timing and AI disclosure
Upload the saved clip and choose the sound available to your account. Preview the swipe against the beat before posting; the downloaded file itself has no music. Keep captions away from the cards and the car. TikTok requires realistic AI-generated images, audio and video to be labeled, so use its AI-generated-content setting for this realistic reveal rather than presenting it as footage of a real event.

Upload the downloaded 9:16 version and check the preview. Choose a cover where the face or reveal is readable, and check the cover preview as well as playback. Add audio available for your account inside Instagram. Disclose the AI creation; Meta uses AI info labels based on detection signals or creator disclosure.

YouTube Shorts: the shape affects classification
For a Short, export a square or vertical version before uploading. YouTube classifies eligible square or vertical uploads up to three minutes as Shorts; the landscape original does not qualify just because it is short. This clip is 12 seconds, so framing is the relevant change. Keep a landscape copy for a regular video. Review the upload’s altered-content disclosure controls for the realistic AI scene.
